About the company/role: Our client, a TGA-licensed leader in complementary medicines and bio-fermented products, is seeking an experienced Encapsulation Machine Operator to join their dynamic production team. This is a permanent, full-time positionon the afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday 3:05pm – 11:45pm and Friday 12pm - 6pm. Duties will include: Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines efficiently and safely Perform routine quality checks on capsules to ensure compliance with specifications Follow batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and SOPs with accuracy Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate when necessary Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with GMP standards Participate in changeovers and ensure minimal downtime Uphold cGMP, hygiene, and workplace safety at all times Skills/experience: A minimum of 1 years’ experience operating encapsulation machinery in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing) Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks Apply!
