The Role As a Development Manager, you will play a key role in delivering land development projects. Starting with a major masterplanned community of 1,200 lots, you'll work closely with senior leadership and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently. The project pipeline includes residential land, town centre, hotel, golf course and tourism development. Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery stages from concept through to settlement Manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain robust relationships with consultants, authorities, and community stakeholders Oversee planning approvals, civil works, land registration, and compliance Drive project financials, reporting, and commercial success Collaborate with marketing, sales, legal, and operational teams to align project goals Regional travel required You The successful candidate will be an established Development Manager with experience delivering residential land sub-division projects. Assistant DM's looking for a step-up to the next level may also be considered.
