About the role As a Team Administrator, the core purpose of this role is to provide support to our clients by assisting the Client Service Coordinator and Accounting Directors. The Team Administrator plays an integral role in the business, enhancing client service and supporting Directors with client engagement. About the Accounting team BlueRock Accounting is our original and largest team here at BlueRock. We are at the centre of our thriving entrepreneurial community and work closely with business owners to deliver advisory solutions and innovative tax accounting. What you'll be doing This is a varied role where no two days look the same. You'll be the backbone of the team, supporting our directors and partners while making sure our clients feel looked after at every touchpoint. Client onboarding & offboarding – managing the end-to-end process and being the go-to for client queries and escalations Proposals & engagement letters – drafting documents in Ignition, following up on signatures and keeping HubSpot up to date Mail management – handling incoming and outgoing physical mail, plus supporting our offshore team with ATO correspondence via ATOmate Director support – general administration support and preparing presentations or reports as needed Requirements We want to hear from people who have: Previous experience (1 year minimum) in an admin role, ideally in accounting or professional services Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills A confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and colleagues alike Comfortable working across platforms like CRM systems, Excel and Word Someone who takes initiative and adapts easily when priorities shift Benefits Our people love to work for us, here’s why!
