Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this senior leadership role is responsible for delivering enterprise-wide people and culture strategies that enable organisational performance, capability and cultural maturity. As a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders, you will provide contemporary human resource and employee relations expertise while leading a small, high-performing People and Culture team. The role balances strategic influence with hands-on leadership and plays a key role in workforce planning, leadership capability, employee relations, organisational change and people governance.
