The Role We are seeking an experienced Grain Handler / Loader Operator to join a busy bunker storage site in Bogan Gate, NSW, supporting operations within the agriculture and grain industry. This is a hands-on role combining loader operation with general labouring duties, working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in maintaining grain flow, site organisation, and safe operations across the facility. Key Responsibilities This role supports the safe and efficient movement and storage of grain across the site. Operate front-end loaders to move grain and bulk materials Load trucks, hoppers, and storage areas accurately and efficiently Conduct daily pre-start checks and report equipment faults Maintain clean and organised work areas, including grain pile management Work with the site team to ensure smooth workflow and operations Assist with general labouring and site duties as required Benefits Competitive pay rate of $33.38 per hour penalty rates Stable employment for 6 months with potential for ongoing work Consistent hours with approximately 38 hours per week Opportunity to utilise loader skills in a grain handling environment Work outdoors as part of a practical and safety-focused team Your Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have strong machinery operation skills and be comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor environment. 1-3 years' experience operating loaders or heavy equipment Proven ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail Understanding of load limits and site safety requirements Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions Willingness to assist with general labouring duties Relevant licences or tickets preferred but not essential Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
