About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative and bookkeeping support, assist with tendering, and contribute to the company’s growth by wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment. Reporting directly to the Directors, some of your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls and redirecting as required Introducing and helping implement job management apps Bookkeeping using MYOB and general account management Supporting tender submissions and assisting with sales coordination Organising schedules using Google Calendar and providing general admin support About You The successful candidate will have: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create formulas in spreadsheets to support sales activity is a plus Proficiency with MYOB, Excel spreadsheets, and general computer systems Knowledge or experience with government solar rebate/battery calculations is highly regarded Reliability, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in a stable, supportive business What’s in it for You?
