About the Role Due to the increasing scale and complexity of our operations, Aspire Together Pty Ltd is undertaking a strategic upgrade of its internal digital infrastructure. We are seeking a qualified Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrated systems that support service delivery, compliance obligations, staff rostering, billing processes, and client management. In this role, you will analyse existing business processes and system workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver scalable and efficient software solutions tailored to the organisation’s operational needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, ensure seamless integration across platforms, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain internal systems supporting NDIS service delivery(client management, rostering, billing, compliance) Translate complex business workflows into scalable and maintainable technical solutions Build and enhance web applications using modern frameworks (e.g. React or similar) Integrate systems with existing CRM, accounting and HR platforms Design and manage secure SQL databases for operational data Ensure data security, privacy and compliance with NDIS and relevant regulatory requirements Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript) Demonstrated experience with: Database management (SQL) Web application development System integration and API development Understanding of business systems such as CRM, HR or rostering platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business processes into practical technical solutions Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail Desirable Experience working with healthcare, aged care or NDIS-related systems Experience with cross-platform mobile development (Flutter or React Native) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) Familiarity with data security and compliance standards in regulated environments Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a growing NDIS organisation and make a genuine social impact Contribute to systems that directly improve services for people with disability and aged care clients Supportive, collaborative team environment Career development opportunities as the organisation expands
