Preston, Melbourne | $140K–$168K Package (NFP Benefits) | Full-time We’re partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to appoint a Manager, IT Applicatios Development & Support to lead a small team and support the delivery of key business systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of applications, contribute to the design and delivery of a new Consumer Management System, and ensure systems are reliable, well-integrated, and aligned to organisational needs. About the role You’ll be responsible for leading a small development and support team, while remaining actively involved in solution design and system delivery. The role covers a mix of responsibilities, including application development, integration, reporting, and ongoing system support. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements and ensure systems deliver real value. Key responsibilities Lead and support a small team delivering applications, integrations, and reporting solutions Contribute to the design and delivery of a new Consumer Management System using a platform-based approach (e.g., Dynamics or Salesforce) Oversee development, enhancements, and ongoing support of business systems (including L2/L3 support) Ensure reliable integration between systems and data platforms Support and maintain data warehouse and reporting capabilities, including Power BI Contribute to Azure-based environments, with some exposure to AWS Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and support delivery outcomes Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers About you Experience leading or mentoring teams delivering application or platform-based solutions Strong background working with Microsoft technologies (such as Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics) and/or Salesforce Experience delivering or supporting enterprise systems, ideally CRM or case management platforms Good understanding of system integration and reporting tools such as Power BI Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Desirable Experience with Microsoft Fabric, M365, or broader Power Platform tools Exposure to data warehouse environments Experience managing vendors or third-party providers Experience in not-for-profit, health, or community services environments Opportunity to play a key role in a major system transformation Blend of leadership and hands-on technical involvement Collaborative, purpose-driven environment If you are interested in more information, apply today! $120k-145k Base Salary Super on top NFP Benefits Jonny.Church@PRA.com.au for more information
