Our client is an education provider in the private sector, spread over two campuses. They now require several experienced Garden and Grounds Maintenance staff to care for and maintain their school grounds and gardens. Campus locations: Harrisdale and Forrestdale. Hours - 6am - 2pm or 630am- 230pm - Monday - Friday Duties will include: Maintenance and care of lawns, turf, sporting ovals and greens Preparation of ovals for sporting events and carnivals including line marking Management and safe distribution of organic and chemical pesticide sprays and fertilisers Routinely manage, maintain and/or repair reticulation and irrigation systems. Ride-on Mowing - General passive lawn areas, fence lines, nature strips Pruning - hedges, tree maintenance and removal of green waste Must have to be considered: Demonstrated high level of experience in a similar environment Ride on mower experience Turf and lawn maintenance experience Experience with repair and maintenance of reticulation and irrigation systems Chemical and pesticide experience Safe work practices Fitness for physical work Reliability Current Drivers License and own reliable transport National Police Clearance Working with Children Check Suitable PPE Recognised Turf management and/Or Horticultural qualification -Desirable TO EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST - APPLY NOW
