The team works closely with clients, architects and designers to bring considered, detail-driven builds to life and they have build a reputations for producing refined homes across Melbourne's inner and bayside suburbs. The Role With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a Construction Coordinator/Junior Contract Administrator to join their growing team and provide key administrative support. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Supporting estimating and tendering of projects (up to $4M) Contract administration - drafting contracts, managing variations, scheduling Taking clients through design meetings Coordinating trades and ordering materials Managing defects stage About You Strong administrative background, from within the residential construction industry, ideally with exposure to Custom Homes Exceptional customer service and communication skills Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously Strong analytical and problem solving skills The Benefits $80-100k Super (dependent on experience) Centrally located office in South Melbourne Join a close-knit team with supportive leadership Gain exposure to exciting high-end architectural projects In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
