About the Centre 39-place service with 90% occupancy Established team of up to 13 staff, including casual educators Strong local reputation and community connections About the Role As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the centre. You will drive team performance, maintain compliance, and ensure a high-quality educational environment for children, families, and staff. This is a full-time position with flexibility to work across 4–5 days per week , including the option to work from home one day per week.
