Change Manager - Cyber Security Initial contract until the end of September 2026 $1035 including super per day 2 days onsite/3 days WFH - Sydney Cyber Security uplift project Key role responsibilities Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across diverse stakeholder groups Oversee business readiness activities, ensuring smooth transition into new ways of working Prepare and execute Change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans Create change artifacts e.g. FAQs, user guides, communications, and engagement briefing presentations Support the development of training / knowledge uplift initiatives Key qualifications Experience delivering Change in Technology and Cyber Security projects Strong communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders The ability to run change initiative independently while collaborating with a small team Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at executive level Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all organisational levels Deep expertise in change frameworks (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) and end-to-end change delivery How to Apply If you're ready to take on the next challenge in your career and you think you can bring your passion to this exciting role, then please click on 'Apply Now' to submit your cover letter and resume.
