Logistics Coordinator - Aviation Industry FullTime | Mascot NSW 2020 AU Date Posted: 26-03-2026 About the role: We are seeking two coordinators for the morning shift, which will run from 07:00AM to 03:30PM. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring daily inventory levels of domestic and international airline equipment across all airlines. You will engage in logistical communications with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the facility maintains sufficient stock to meet daily demand. ️ Your Day-to-Day ✔️ Carry out daily reviews of stock levels in the station and operational areas, ensuring proper distribution of inbound stock. ✔️ Report any damaged or de-listed stock items to the Customer Service Managers and manage these items in accordance with ABF regulations. ✔️ Coordinate the frequency of stock deliveries from our offsite warehouse to the internal warehouse, as well as the method and frequency of stock and equipment replenishment from our airline customers. ✔️ Ensure proper maintenance and retrieval of documentation for customs audits and reports, and monitor the date codes of applicable stock, reporting any issues as necessary. ✔️ Assist with scheduled airline audits and ensure that all action points are addressed within the agreed timeframe. ✔️ Maintain and revise internal delivery system to guarantee that stock is available for all internal customers within the established timeframes. What We’re Looking For ✔️ Demonstrated knowledge of logistics management and production processes, along with a solid understanding of warehousing. Familiarity with aviation is considered a plus. ✔️ Proficiency in Excel. ✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills. ✔️ Effective problem-solving abilities. ✔️ Capacity to manage challenging situations with tact and diplomacy. ✔️ Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. ✔️ Competence in documentation and records management. ✔️ Unrestricted Australian working rights ✔️ Please note that as this role is within the Aviation Services industry, obtaining a clear National Police Check will be necessary.
