The Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. Key Responsibilities Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes Assisting in menu planning and development, including seasonal updates and specials Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation Managing kitchen operations during service periods Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Supervising and training kitchen staff where required Managing stock levels and ordering supplies Skills and Experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Kitchen Management or equivalent Minimum 1years’ experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of modern Australian cuisine desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen compliance Salary $70,000 – $80,000 per year superannuation, depending on experience What We Offer Opportunity to work in a well-established and growing hospitality venue Supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute creatively to menu development Stable, full-time employment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
