The role: We are currently searching for a bright and driven 2-4 year PAE L awyer /Associate to join a highly successful blended Corporate (M&A) and Debt Finance team in our Melbourne office . In this role the successful candidate will work on high profile domestic and cross border financing and M&A matters in a dynamic team environment. The team has a strong brand presence and focus on transactional work within the Health & Seniors' Living Sectors. You will have direct contact with both ASX listed corporates and international clients. The legal work is fast-paced, diverse and challenging with a wide range of transactional work and day-to-day commercial matters. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: 2-4 years PAE in a reputable finance and/or corporate & commercial focused practice high level of attention to detail and accuracy coupled with timely delivery of legal documentation a strong and professional work ethic coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills experience in documenting, negotiating and project managing transactional work and commercial contracts a willingness and enthusiasm to learn new legal skills a strong commitment to client services and advanced communication and collaborative skills Ideally, you are able to work both autonomously and in a team environment (in particular '1-on-1' with partners).
