Theyre seeking an experienced Executive Assistant supporting their Managing Director. Your new role As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, hearings, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prioritise requests, screen communications, and act as a trusted liaison on behalf of senior legal leaders. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to ensure matters progress efficiently. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with legal and organisational standards. Conduct basic research and assist with collation of case materials. Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, counsel, court staff, and external stakeholders. Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all client communications and documentation. Prepare engagement letters, manage new onboarding, and support billing processes. Track deadlines, court dates, and compliance requirements to ensure timely action. Process invoices, expenses, and time entries.
