This role suits people looking for stability and routine, including: Parents or individuals seeking consistent daytime or evening hours Students or recent graduates, looking for a gap year Anyone who enjoys practical, hands-on work What you’ll be doing: Assembling solar components on a production line Using hand tools (crimpers, torque wrenches, rivet guns, etc.) Wiring and securing electrical and metal components Following clear processes to meet daily production targets Working as part of a supportive, team-focused environment What we’re looking for: Must have experience in production or a process driven environment Need to pass a Dexterity Test Reliability and punctuality — essential for this role Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable with repetitive tasks and being on your feet Physically fit able to stand for long periods and capable of manual handling Able to follow training instructions and learn systems quickly Positive attitude and team mindset Must have full working rights in Australia, no sponsorship is available for this role Forklift License (not essential but a bonus) Must have a current driver's license Shifts available: Day: 7:00am – 3:00pm (ideal for those needing a consistent daily routine) Afternoon: 2:50pm – 11:20pm During your shift, you will rotate across multiple areas of the warehouse assembly line.
