We’re looking for someone sharp, organised and good with people. You’ll be based in our National Service Centre in Clayton, in a role that sits at the centre of the business. You’ll work across onboarding, systems, compliance and accounts payable, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Every new starter. Every new acquisition. Every manager stepping into the business. Their day one runs through you. You’ll keep things moving, chase what needs chasing and make sure nothing slips. This isn’t a narrow admin role. It’s broad exposure across the business, working closely with managers and supporting how we operate day to day. You won’t be bored. What you’ll be doing Supporting accounts payable and finance admin Owning onboarding for new acquisitions and managers Keeping WHS systems up to date and on track Managing invoicing across cloud and recurring services Inducting new staff across the national business Maintaining licences, compliance and key business requirements Writing and improving SOPs and how we work About you You don’t need a perfect background.
