About the Role Our government client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong focus on employee relations. The role requires demonstrated expertise in performance management, conduct matters and managing internal investigations. You will also bring experience in reviewing and evaluating role descriptions, along with supporting and implementing change management plans and processes. Key Responsibilities Deliver a full range of human resource services as an HR Advisor/Business Partner Partner with agency leaders and staff to design, develop, and deliver evidence-based HR advice Provide expert support across: Performance management, Misconduct matters, End-to-end investigations and Role description evaluations and organisational changes. Research and prepare high-quality briefing notes and advice for the CEO Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, mentoring and support to leaders and staff Identify capability and skills gaps and support the Senior Manager in delivering effective services Apply sound judgement, empathy and discretion when managing sensitive HR matters Ensure all advice and actions are consistent with relevant legislative frameworks Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor Strong background in employee relations, including misconduct and performance matters Demonstrated experience managing workplace investigations Experience in role evaluation and organisational change processes Ability to provide clear, well-researched advice to senior stakeholders Strong judgement, discretion and ability to manage sensitive matters Don't miss out on this great job opportunity!
