High-growth services business Sydney-based with international operations Broad portfolio of growth and transformation projects About the Company This is a fast moving and ambitious services business which has grown successfully over many years and is now embarking on the next phase of development. With an experienced leadership team, they have multiple projects underway that will set them up for substantial growth over the next few years. Therefore this role will be a key member of a small senior team who can add value across the business by leveraging their broad project planning and execution skills and embedding that discipline across the organisation. About the Role This will be the first dedicated Project Manager role and will oversee the end-to-end delivery of varied cross-functional initiatives across this rapidly scaling business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations. You will work closely with teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal and Sales to plan, coordinate and successfully deliver key initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll play an important role in improving how the business delivers change — introducing practical project management disciplines and frameworks while ensuring teams remain aligned, accountable and focused on outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead the planning and delivery of cross-functional initiatives such as technology projects, business integration and process improvements Define project scope, milestones, timelines and success measures with stakeholders Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with leaders across the business to drive collaboration and alignment Communicate project progress, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders Manage competing priorities and negotiate realistic delivery timelines Reporting Introduce practical project management practices and governance to support effective delivery Maintain clear documentation, reporting and decision tracking Implement appropriate PM tools and methodologies Resource & Budget Management Determine resource requirements and allocate across projects appropriately Monitor budgets and staffing plans Work closely with CFO and finance team on forecast costs and financial accountability About You You will be comfortable working across different cultures in overseas offices and can quickly adjust to changing priorities. You should be pragmatic, collaborative and confident bringing structure to varied projects, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery outcomes.
