You will be the person who ensures every staff member entering the organisation meets the highest standards of suitability, professionalism, and child safety. Your work directly contributes to service continuity and quality outcomes for children. What you will be doing Managing end to end recruitment for OSHC and Early Childhood roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers. Building strong talent pipelines and partnering with managers to meet workforce needs. Overseeing all compliance requirements including WWCC, Police Checks, qualifications, and right to work documents. Coordinating onboarding and induction including mandatory training, policies, and documentation. Supporting shift coverage and casual workforce coordination, including agency communication where required. Working closely with educators, leaders, and support teams to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintaining accurate recruitment and compliance records within HR systems. Preparing reports, tracking workforce trends, and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes. Staying up to date with legislative requirements, sector regulations, awards, and child safe standards, and updating processes as needed. What you must bring The following are required for consideration: Mandatory OSHC or Early Childhood Talent Acquisition experience with demonstrated understanding of sector specific recruitment needs. Minimum two years experience in end to end recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes. Strong understanding of HR compliance and child safe recruitment requirements. Ability to manage high volume, fast paced recruitment across multiple locations. Solid communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Required upon commencement Valid Working with Children Check. Mandatory reporting training for the early childhood sector. National Foundations of Child Safety Training. Understanding and commitment to sector laws, regulations, and safety standards. Child safety We are a child safe organisation.
