Senior OSHC Program Coordinator Full time role - 95K to 110K plus allowances Multi site leadership opportunity Ready to step up from Program Leader into a service portfolio leadership role? We are seeking a Senior OSHC Portfolio Coordinator who will partner closely with our Area Manager to support multiple OSHC services, uplift quality, mentor Program Leaders, and ensure smooth, compliant operations across your allocated cluster. This is a dynamic and hands-on role where no two days look the same. You will work across sites, build strong relationships with schools and families, and play a key part in strengthening service performance and outcomes for children. What you will do Coach and mentor OSHC Program Leaders to build capability and confidence Step into services when needed including leave coverage and service support Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all allocated sites Strengthen relationships with schools, families, and community stakeholders What you bring Experience as an OSHC Program Leader or similar role within OSHC or Education Strong working knowledge of the NQF, Regulations, and service compliance A confident leadership style with proven coaching and people development skills Ability to work across multiple sites with strong organisation and initiative Requirements Relevant OSHC or Early Childhood qualification WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Eligibility to be a Nominated Supervisor Child safety We are a child safe organisation.
