Our Client a reputed Bakery in regional QLD is seeking an Assistant Baker to join their team ASAP. An Assistant Baker supports the bakery operations by preparing ingredients, mixing, shaping and baking products alongside maintaining kitchen cleanliness and inventory. Key Responsibilities: Production Assistance: Assisting with mixing, kneading, shaping dough, and operating ovens. Preparation & Cleaning: Preparing ingredients, cleaning, sanitising equipment, and managing stock levels. Customer Service: Depending on the role, interacting with customers, assisting with displays, and delivering goods. Quality Control: Ensuring food safety standards and ingredient freshness. Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria: Certificate III including at least 1 year experience on the job. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and independently and step up to monitor daily baking operations.
