This isn’t an account management role, it’s very much a hunting position where you’re generating leads, booking meetings, and closing deals. Once you win the work, it gets handed over to their account management team. The role is quite high activity. You’d be doing outbound calls, identifying decision makers, getting in front of clients, and working towards daily KPIs. They’re targeting around 80–100 calls a day with an expectation of 2 meetings booked daily, so it definitely suits someone who enjoys being busy and working towards clear targets. In terms of commission, they offer $10 per meeting booked and 5% on deals closed, with most people earning around $3K–$5K per month on top of their base.
