Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead our team in Parramatta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for overseeing the showroom operations, driving sales, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of showroom sales associates. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed showroom targets. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team performance. Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers in the showroom, providing expert product information and recommendations. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and trends. Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers. Operational and Administrative Duties: Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone calls and emails. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior sales role with team management responsibilities, preferably within the bathware or home improvement industry. Bathware experience is essential. Strong leadership and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including 1 day every weekend.
