You will play a key role in connecting with our growing 40 audience , confidently stepping in front of the camera to share skincare education, routines and real results in a way that feels credible, relatable and aspirational . Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Campaign Support Create engaging written, visual and video content (static, reels, stories, and copy) across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn. Confidently appear on camera as a brand spokesperson , delivering educational and aspirational skincare content. Develop skincare-led storytelling that balances clinical credibility with relatability. Produce campaign assets for social, email, website and paid media . Manage content calendars, shoot days, product styling and editing . Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns across professional, retail and eCommerce channels . Create A/B testing campaigns to optimise creative performance. Social Media & Community Growth Manage day-to-day social media accounts, posting schedules and engagement . Grow Murad’s online community across consumers, clinicians and influencers . Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement and reach . Monitor social trends, algorithms and competitor activity to inform content direction. Influencer & Partnership Management Manage influencer outreach and product seeding . Coordinate influencer collaborations, approvals and campaign reporting. Build strong relationships with creators aligned with Murad’s brand. Design & Creative Production Design digital assets, graphics and motion content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Leverage AI tools and content platforms to improve efficiency and creative output. Ensure all assets are on-brand and optimised for each platform . About You You’re a creative, confident content creator who understands both brand storytelling and performance-driven social media. You also: Have 4–5 years experience in marketing, social media or content roles (beauty, wellness or lifestyle preferred). Are comfortable and confident appearing on camera regularly . Understand — or personally relate to — the 40 skincare consumer . Have strong visual storytelling and brand aesthetics . Are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva . Have experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and paid social . Are confident using AI and digital tools to ideate and produce content. Understand social metrics, algorithms and engagement drivers . Are proactive, organised and thrive in a fast-paced test-and-learn environment .
