Payroll Officer (Human Resources) Job Type: Temporary Location: Civic Tower - Head Office, 2200 Till 30 Oct 2026 ( possible extension ) Skills :- End-to-end payroll processing, including timesheets, adjustments, higher duties, back pay, and exception reporting Management of employee leave, entitlements, workers’ compensation payments, and related reporting Maintenance of employee master data and personnel records, including new starters and employment changes Preparation of payroll correspondence (payslips, statements of earnings) and distribution of timesheets * Provide payroll support and advice in line with industrial awards and organisational policies Other Duties :- - Preparation and data entry of all leave applications including an advance payments. - Liaise with Risk Management in regard to workers compensation claims and payments. - Establishment and maintenance of employees master file data including change of address, bank deposit details, deductions, allowances and pay rates. - Confirm system entry of new employees master file details and establish personnel files. - Checking of payroll exception reports after completion of data entry. - Send emails with attached payslips to staff.
