The Darlot mine is located about 900 km northeast of Perth and 121 km north of Leonora, in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia. Reporting to the Electrical Supervisorthe Electrical Technicianis responsible for providing quality, timely preventative maintenance and repairs of the U/G mining infrastructure, U/G radio and telemetry network facilities across the lease and other areas of operation. The position will be offered on an 14:14 FIFO roster from Perth. Key responsibilities of this role will include: Ensure all electrical activities are completed to the highest standard. Support production facilities by providing reliable and accurate maintenance knowledge. Report safety and environmental hazards. Perform quality fault finding to ensure accurate diagnosis of faults. Complete all installations inline with site electrical standards and statutory electrical regulations. Ensure that all required parts are included in a scope of works for future equipment repairs. Follow procedures for booking out all stock items out of the store. Prioritise and respond quickly to urgent breakdowns impacting production or safety.
