Job Description Oversee all financial accounting, management reporting, forecasting, and statutory compliance requirements, ensuring records and reporting meet Corporations Act standards. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, documented processes, and financial governance across the business. Lead quarterly, half‑year and year‑end financial reporting, liaise with auditors, and provide timely financial information to senior leadership Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, payroll, tax lodgements, and all related financial operations. Support budgeting, proposals, cost reporting, tendering, contract award, and contract management activities Prepare financial and management reports, maintain financial models (including royalty models), and contribute to due diligence processes. Assist with governance, compliance, and corporate administration, including support for board/committee papers, shareholder communications, and annual reporting. The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly desirable. Proven experience working within resources, exploration is highly desirable Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
