The Opportunity Change Manager – Large-scale ERP Transformation We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program implementing a new ERP platform across the organisation. This role will play a critical part in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across a complex, multi-vendor environment. The program involves significant system and process change, and strong experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, and/or Salesforce environments is essential. You will work closely with Program Leadership, Business SMEs, Technology teams, and System Integrators to ensure change impacts are understood, managed, and embedded effectively. Key responsibilities Conduct change impact assessments across business units and functional teams Lead stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption activities Design and execute communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups Partner with Training teams to ensure effective learning and capability uplift Support leaders in driving change messaging and reinforcing behavioural shifts Monitor change risks, resistance, and adoption metrics across the program Work collaboratively across multiple vendors and delivery squads About You Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale ERP implementations Hands-on experience working with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce environments (mandatory) Strong background in organisational change within complex, enterprise settings Experience working within multi-vendor, multi-squad transformation programs Demonstrated ability to engage a diverse group of stakeholders incl Executives Pragmatic, commercially minded, and delivery-focused Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical change into business impact What We Offer The opportunity to contribute to a major enterprise-wide ERP transformation A collaborative and high-performing program environment Hybrid working model with flexibility Initial 12-month contract with strong extension potential Exposure to complex technology and business transformation at scale
