Description An opportunity exists for a Zero Harm Systems Coordinator to support safety, health, environment and sustainability systems across the organisation. This is an 11-month maternity cover Maximum Term Contract , supporting the Zero Harm team in strengthening safety culture, improving system capability, and providing insights through data and reporting. The role contributes to the effective implementation of Zero Harm systems, supports the delivery of initiatives aligned to the Zero Harm Strategic Plan, and works closely with operational stakeholders to monitor and improve Zero Harm performance. Key Responsibilities Support the administration and improvement of Zero Harm systems including INX, Ideagen EHS Core and related reporting tools. Assist with monitoring compliance with Zero Harm policies, procedures and standards. Analyse Zero Harm data and prepare reports highlighting trends, insights and performance indicators. Support the implementation of the Zero Harm Strategic Plan and improvement initiatives. Build effective relationships with operational teams and stakeholders to support system use and continuous improvement. Assist with audits, investigations, reporting and monitoring of safety performance. What You Will Bring Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline (or working towards). Around 2 years’ experience in a Health, Safety or Environment related role. Experience working with safety systems, reporting tools or operational safety processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
