Benefits: Join a supportive team with a great company culture Full-time hours (Day/Afternoon shift available) Competitive pay: $33–$40/hr (depending on shift and role) Temporary-to-permanent opportunity after 6 months Career progression opportunities Potential for overtime including weekend work Job Details Forklift Operators: Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm ($35/hr) Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 11:00pm ($40/hr) Pick/Packers: Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm ($33.38/hr) Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 11:00pm ($38.39/hr) Immediate start for the right person Location: Marsden Park About the Role: You’ll be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the ceiling division, supporting the production and dispatch of aluminium ceiling systems. The role involves a mix of warehouse duties, including picking and packing materials, measuring and preparing orders and maintaining quality standards. Forklift Operators will be responsible for safely moving stock, loading and unloading trucks, and organising materials within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport materials, load and unload trucks, and move stock within the facility. Picking and packing all materials (aluminium bars), lifting small 2-3 bars at a time Putting materials into the boxes Strapping boxes Inputting measurements using tape measures Operate hand and power tools to support assembly processes. Quality checking all materials when packing Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment Requirements: Valid LF forklift licence (required for Forklift Operator roles) Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally steel, metal, or aluminium) At least 2 years’ experience operating a counterbalance forklift (for forklift roles) Side loader forklift experience is desirable. Ability to read and use tape measures accurately Experience using basic hand and power tools. High importance of reliability, punctuality and committed to work Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
