We are recruiting multiple permanent Team Leaders / Leading Hands for a well-established landscape construction business delivering quality projects across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to experienced structural landscapers who enjoy leading crews while still being on the tools. Key Responsibilities Hands-on leadership of site crews Concreting: basic formwork, steel fixing, screeding, finishing and joints Paving: set-out, screed layers, joint control, adhesives, SikaFlex and grouting Soft landscaping and irrigation works Retaining walls, fencing and basic stonework Reading and interpreting plans and drawings Upholding strong safety and quality standards About you Trade qualified or highly experienced Structural Landscaper Ideally hold Certificate III in Landscape Construction (AHC30921) or equivalent experience Strong hardscape background (paving, concreting, retaining walls) Previous experience as a Team Leader / Leading Hand / Senior Landscaper Ability to lead by example on site White Card and current driver’s licence Apply now If you’re an experienced landscaper ready to step into a stable leadership role with great conditions and long-term work, we want to hear from you.
