As an Agent Support professional, you’ll play a key role in driving success while building a strong foundation for long-term growth in the industry. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity; Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy; Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management; Manage listing campaigns; Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings; Self-managing day to day tasks; and Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience. We’re after someone with the following skills and attributes: Previous experience administration is essential, and previous experience in real estate is highly advantageous; Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package; Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills; Excellent communication skills; and Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
