The Abbott Ambassador is responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, improving profitability of accounts. Responsible for providing on-site assay implementation, application support, and application troubleshooting, delivery of customer operator training and coaching in Abbott training facilities. Providing first line service. Responsibilities: Retention rate- improve customer experience Drive customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and close collaboration with internal teams Manage day-to-day non-sales activities within assigned accounts Support instrument uptime through first-line troubleshooting, repair coordination, and maintenance support Conduct operational reviews to identify improvement opportunities Plan, prepare for, and follow up customer visits to ensure consistent service delivery Identify customer training needs and deliver operator training and coaching Identify and resolve customer pain points through effective problem solving Support inventory replenishment and order management as required Build and promote the Abbott brand through strong product knowledge and superior customer experience Capture and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement Value creation and account growth Partner with the commercial team to support renewals, value engineering, and menu expansion opportunities Identify and implement initiatives that improve customer productivity and account profitability Support lifecycle management of diagnostics products within accounts Minimum Education & skills required Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree in MLS /Bio Medical / Medical Technology is preferred.
