As a teacher and member of the school community, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning programs while monitoring student achievement to address individual learning needs and contribute to the schoolâs overall goals. Liaise with colleagues and coordinate activities within the music teaching area across the school and wider community. Develop studentsâ practical skills on instruments or voice, and guide ensemble work such as bands, choirs, and small groups to build confidence, deepen musical understanding, and foster creative expression, while encouraging an appreciation of diverse musical styles.
