Work with at-risk youth to engage them in positive behaviour through social activities, outreach programs and other early intervention and/or diversionary measures. Provide early intervention or diversionary case management services to youth at-risk of entering, or having entered, the justice system. / The objective of the role is to work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide youth and family support services to children, young people and their families experiencing challenging behaviours that are placing them at risk of anti-social or offending behaviour in accordance with Department of Children and Families policies and procedures and the Care and Protection of Children Act. Selection will be made at the AO4 or AO5 level depending on the experience /qualifications of the successful applicant.
