About the Role An established and growing restoration services provider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Remediation Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role with a strong technical focus, working across residential and commercial properties. You will be involved in mould remediation, controlled strip-out works, and specialised remediation techniques, contributing to the safe restoration of buildings. This position suits someone with a trade or hands-on background who is looking to move into a more specialised and technical field within the construction and restoration industry. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out mould remediation in line with industry and safety standards Performing controlled strip-out works with care for surrounding structures Setting up containment zones and negative air systems Using specialised equipment and remediation techniques Assessing and handling contaminated materials safely Supporting water and building damage restoration processes Maintaining detailed and compliant work practices on-site About You We're looking for someone who is not just hands-on, but also engaged, reliable, and capable of following structured processes. You will have: Experience in a hands-on environment (construction, labouring, trades, etc.) A strong understanding of safety and site procedures Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions A proactive and reliable approach to work White Card and driver's licence Highly regarded: Any further study, certifications, or training in construction, building, or related fields Experience in remediation, restoration, or insurance works Asbestos awareness or confined space training Why This Role Stands Out This is not a standard demolition or labouring role.
