This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced operator who can bring structure, clarity, and energy to a business spanning everything from high-volume trade to premium dining environments - while preparing the group for its next phase of expansion. About the Group This is a well-established hospitality business with a broad portfolio of venues ranging from fast-paced, high-volume operations through to elevated, experience-driven dining. With multiple new openings in the pipeline, the group is entering a significant growth phase and requires a senior leader to unify operations, elevate performance, and strengthen culture across the business. About the Role Reporting into Ownership / Executive Leadership, you will take full accountability for operational performance across the group. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting a team of Venue General Managers across varied concepts Driving financial performance, labour optimisation, and revenue growth Building alignment and consistency across a diverse portfolio Embedding a strong, people-first culture focused on engagement and retention Developing leadership capability within venue teams Implementing systems, processes, and performance frameworks Partnering with senior stakeholders on growth strategy and new openings Ensuring high standards across service, guest experience, and compliance This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and stepping into venues when needed to drive outcomes. About You You are a proven hospitality leader with experience managing multi-site operations across varied concepts and service styles.
