The Student Administration Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the school office in a 30 hour per week, term-time role (41 weeks per year) . As the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors, you will create a welcoming and positive experience while managing a high volume of enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Working collaboratively with the wider administration team, you will support day-to-day school operations through accurate record keeping, communication coordination, and the delivery of responsive, student-focused administrative services. This is a fast-paced and highly varied role that requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. You will provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, assist with school events and communications, and contribute to the efficient delivery of operational tasks across the College. With a strong focus on service, confidentiality and continuous improvement, you will play an important part in supporting a connected and well-functioning school community.
