Job Description The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager who will lead reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement across the Pampas site. This is a key site leadership role, accountable for equipment performance, team capability and embedding best-practice maintenance systems that support safety, quality, cost and production outcomes. You'll lead a skilled maintenance team, partner closely with Operations, and play a critical role in delivering site and regional performance targets. What You Will Do Lead the maintenance function to deliver high equipment reliability ( Ensure all maintenance and reliability activities support production, safety, quality and financial objectives Embed predictive and planned maintenance systems, including labour planning and spend management Establish consistent, data-driven RCA and problem-solving disciplines aligned to production priorities Build technical capability across the maintenance team and broader production teams, including upskilling non-trade stakeholders Foster a strong continuous improvement and waste elimination culture Lead by example on safety, environmental, quality and behavioural standards What You Will Bring Electrical or Mechanical Trade Qualification (essential) 5 years' experience in a maintenance leadership role within FMCG or industrial manufacturing Strong experience with predictive maintenance, reliability systems and continuous improvement Background in high-speed processing and packaging equipment, ideally within food manufacturing or a similar industrial environment Proven ability to lead teams, set clear expectations and deliver results through others Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering site and regional financial objectives Preferred: Post-trade qualifications in business management, reliability, planning or condition monitoring Engineering Diploma or Degree (Mechanical or Electrical) Who we are At Goodman Fielder , our purpose is making everyday food better for everyone.
