Dynamic growing National SME Lender Strong growth opportunities Young, can do culture Join a high-performing risk and compliance function supporting enterprise-wide risk management across a leading asset manager. This is a broad, hands-on role with exposure to strategic, operational, regulatory and emerging risks, working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain risk & compliance frameworks, policies and controls Identify, assess and monitor key risks across the business (including cyber, privacy and emerging risks) Support control assurance activities and ongoing risk monitoring Coordinate risk & compliance reporting for senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders Supporting and lead thecompliance plan reviews and support internal audit teams and external audit processes Prepare regulatory reporting and support licensing obligations Monitor third-party providers across outsourced services Investigate incidents, complaints and compliance breaches Drive continuous improvement across risk and compliance practices Partner with the business to embed a strong risk-aware culture Key Requirements 5–7 years’ experience in risk and compliance (asset management is a big advantage) Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls and regulatory environments Experience with enterprise risk systems (e.g. Protecht or similar) Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Commercially astute with sound judgement and professionalism Adaptable, proactive and able to navigate ambiguity Ability to simplify complex issues into clear, actionable insights Team player with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset Consultant warren@bluefinresources.com.au Reference number: BH-61856 Profession:Risk & ComplianceCompliance Risk & ComplianceOperational Risk Company: BlueFin Date posted: 19th Mar, 2026
