What We Need: To thrive in this role you must have excellent writing and communication skills, sound news judgment and a keen attention to detail, along with a strong sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task, and a thorough grasp of online content distribution. Key Responsibilities: Source, write, and publish original stories for the website. Utilise social media for both story discovery and promotion. Produce engaging video content for digital platforms. Apply news judgment and use analytical tools to maximise story visibility. Write and edit content including headlines, captions, and embedded media. Maintain awareness of legal and ethical issues in reporting. Represent the company professionally and courteously in all interactions. Continuously upskill and stay updated with technology and digital trends. Work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Conduct professional and thorough interviews. What You Bring: A degree in Journalism and proven experience working within the media industry. A strong work ethic and a healthy level of initiative. A high level of literacy and attention to detail. Strong interviewing and communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and perform effectively under pressure.
