As a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal Monitor inventory levels, and assist in restocking shelves as needed Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention This is an exciting time to join our growing company, as we further expand our presence in Australia.
