About This Role Your new role: Role This senior clinical leadership position plays a key role in improving patient flow and supporting safe, high-quality care across the Bayside Health Service. You will: Provide advanced clinical leadership and consultancy to optimise patient flow and the management of sub-acute maintenance patients. Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers, educators and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based clinical care. Support clinical teams through expert assessment, care planning, education and mentoring to enhance patient outcomes. Lead service improvement initiatives, quality activities and clinical redesign to strengthen patient flow systems. About You We are seeking an experienced and collaborative nursing leader who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and driving best practice clinical care. You have: A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and strong clinical experience in sub-acute care, rehabilitation or patient flow. Demonstrable advanced clinical leadership with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and lead change. Highly developed communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with a commitment to person-centred care. A strong commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and continuous professional development.
