Job Description Deliver and coach sales learning programs to maximise store capability and performance of teams in support of business objectives. Deliver training and other learning programs to stores, including the sales and service model, and coaching framework. Work closely with territory and store leaders in identified stores to develop tangible action plans that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and sales outcomes, including ad hoc training and in store coaching. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine needs and develop learning requirements Develop blended learning solutions in collaboration with the Retail Operations team, ensuring programs are scalable and repeatable Work collaboratively with relevant teams to draw on feedback and user input to inform improvement opportunities in learning programs Contribute to the development of product knowledge programs together with the Merchandise team and key supplier partners Contribute to the development and delivery of systems and process improvements with various support office and store teams Qualifications At least 2 years team leadership within a store environment Comprehensive knowledge of sales models and coaching principals Customer focus: does everything through the eyes of the customer Demonstrates self-awareness: uses feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses Action oriented: takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with urgency, energy and enthusiasm Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
