Location: Darwin CBD 37.5 hours Monday to Friday - 8 am - 4 pm ASAP start until end of June (high likelihood of extension) APS4 level Due to the nature of the role - we can only accept Australian Citizens We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented APS4 Case Officers to join a high-volume, customer-focused Federal government environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in structured processes, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. About the Role You will play a key role in processing sensitive documentation, supporting members of the public, and ensuring applications are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with established policies and procedures. You will be trusted to manage sensitive information while delivering professional and supportive service to a diverse range of customers. Key duties include: Processing applications and documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Identifying errors, omissions or inconsistencies in documentation and taking appropriate action Applying policies, procedures and guidelines to support informed decision-making Providing front-line customer service to members of the public, including face-to-face, phone and written communication Handling customer interactions professionally, including in time-sensitive or stressful situations Meeting deadlines, performance standards and quality benchmarks Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive personal information Supporting colleagues through collaboration, guidance and teamwork About You We are looking for reliable and adaptable candidates with strong processing and customer focused background who can manage changing workloads while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy.
