This is a key marketing leadership role responsible for driving student enrolments through marketing, building brand awareness, and delivering campaigns across global markets . The role will lead marketing activity across Kaplan International College and Pathways brands, with a strong focus on increasing awareness for newer colleges and supporting future growth across the portfolio. Reporting to General Manager, Marketing & Projects , this role will work closely with student recruitment teams, agents, internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that strengthen the Kaplan brand and generate results. A major focus of the role will be leading social media strategy and campaign activity across the Pathways portfolio, with direct people leadership responsibility for the Social Media Coordinator . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced all-rounder marketer who brings strong campaign management capability, fresh ideas, energy and commercial focus. Responsibilities Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing and communications strategy across B2B, B2C and internal audiences. Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all markets and platforms. Create targeted content and messaging for products, audiences and business priorities. Own and optimise social media and broader brand communication strategies. Monitor campaign performance, track ROI and recommend improvements based on results. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to support business goals. Manage the marketing budget, annual planning and reporting for senior leadership. Requirements Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent experience. At least 5 years’ experience in marketing management. Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans. Strong brand management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience delivering campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media, email marketing and PPC. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience using marketing tools and systems such as CRM, CMS, analytics and social media platforms. Applications close 12 April 2026.
