About the job Scrum Master Must have skills/experience: At least 7-10 years of experience Planning and deriving governance and operational scrum framework and scrum implementation for new teams Facilitating Sprint Planning sessions with various stakeholders Facilitating Product Backlog Refinement/Grooming sessions for the Scrum Team with various stakeholders Facilitating all scrum ceremonies with zeal to coach team to continuously imbibe, inspect and adapt approach Facilitating retros in a creative ways Responsible for resolving all impediments/blockers faced by team Release Management activities and coordination with Release Management team Worked closely with Product Owner, Dev Leads, Scrum Master from other teams and various other stakeholders Tools - JIRA, Confluence
