Figtree Estate Hay River Road Narrikup WA 6324 Vineyard Worker About The Role Located near Narrikup and Mount Barker in the Great Southern Wine Region of Western Australia we currently manage approximately 60 Hectares of vineyards. This full time permanent position is ideal for a person who enjoys working outdoors in a 'hands on' role within a team environment. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, duties and responsibilities will include: Pruning and canopy management Harvesting and tractor operations Disease and pest management Irrigation operations Maintenance of plant and equipment Complying with all Company policies and procedures Complying with OHS requirements About You We are seeking an enthusiastic, fit and versatile individual with at least 1 year recent experience as a vineyard worker with good interpersonal skills and the desire to learn all aspects of vineyard operations. The successful candidate must have a good work ethic, be willing to work in a team environment and be prepared to work shifts and overtime as the season demands. *Please note that prospective candidates must have the right to work in Australia and be prepared to live in the region.
